Terms of Service
Agreement
By creating a Morning Kept account and using Tuned or Handled, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Morning Kept LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company. "Morning Kept," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Morning Kept LLC; "you" refers to the subscriber.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service.
Geographic Availability
The service is currently available only to residents of U.S. states other than Washington and Nevada. By creating an account, you confirm that you do not reside in Washington or Nevada. We do not knowingly accept subscribers who reside in those states, and we may decline or end a subscription if we determine the subscriber resides there.
The Service
Tuned is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that generates personalized daily workout recommendations and readiness assessments from your profile, session history, and connected wearable data.
Handled is an AI-powered household meal planning application that generates personalized weekly dinner plans from your household's preferences, dietary needs, and cooking history.
Both are web applications, usable in any modern browser and installable to your home screen on iPhone and Android.
AI Systems: Disclosure, Limitations, and Changes
You are interacting with AI systems. Recommendations, meal plans, coaching notes, and the conversational onboarding experience are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide and the data collected on your behalf. They are personalized but not infallible, and Morning Kept does not guarantee any particular fitness, health, or other outcome.
Service limitations. The service operates within defined limits, currently including: Tuned generates one coaching recommendation per day; Handled generates one meal plan per week per household, with up to two subscriber-initiated plan regenerations per week; and conversational onboarding is a one-time setup flow per product. We may adjust these limits, and material changes will be communicated as described below.
Underlying AI models. Morning Kept selects and may change the third-party AI models that power the service. We retain discretion to change models or providers during your subscription period. If a change materially reduces the quantity, quality, or functionality of the service, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Renewal notices will disclose any modifications to the service limitations described above.

Founder Pricing
Subscribers who join during the founder pricing window (through October 31, 2026) receive the rates below. Founder pricing is a lifetime rate: it applies to every renewal for as long as the subscription remains continuously active.

Founder pricing is permanently forfeited upon cancellation. If you cancel a founder-rate subscription and later resubscribe, the standard rate then in effect applies. Founder pricing cannot be reinstated after cancellation under any circumstances. This term is disclosed before purchase and is a condition of the founder rate.
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically, monthly plans at the end of each monthly billing period and annual plans at the end of each annual period, at your then-applicable rate, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. At checkout, before payment, you will see the price, the renewal frequency, how to cancel, and (for founder subscriptions) the forfeiture term, and you will separately consent to automatic renewal.
Annual renewal reminder: before an annual subscription renews, we will send a reminder email stating the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel.
Payment
Payment is collected before onboarding begins and is processed by Stripe. There is no free trial.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime, online, through your account page at morningkept.com/account, the same place you signed up, or by emailing support@morningkept.com. No cancellation fees, no steps designed to slow you down. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period, and annual plans are not refunded pro-rata for unused months. Cancelling before a renewal date prevents the renewal charge.
Not Medical or Dietary Advice
Tuned and Handled do not provide medical advice, dietary advice, or professional health guidance of any kind.
Tuned's recommendations are not a substitute for a licensed personal trainer, physical therapist, or physician. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, particularly with existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. Handled's recommendations are not a substitute for a registered dietitian, nutritionist, or physician; if a medical condition affects your diet, consult a professional before relying on them. You are responsible for verifying that meals are safe for your household's allergies and dietary restrictions before preparing or serving them.
To the extent permitted by law, Morning Kept is not responsible for injury, illness, or adverse outcomes resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.
Your Account
Provide a valid email address; keep your credentials secure; do not share your login. Each Tuned subscription covers one individual. Each Handled subscription covers one household of up to two members; the second member creates their own account linked to the household, and the primary subscriber is responsible for ensuring the second member accepts these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; attempt to access another user's account or data; reverse engineer or extract the service's AI prompts, recommendation logic, or proprietary systems; scrape or extract data with automated tools; resell or sublicense access; or interfere with the service's operation or security.
Intellectual Property and Your Data
All content, design, code, AI prompts, recommendation logic, and proprietary systems are the intellectual property of Morning Kept LLC. These terms grant you only the right to use the service as described.
Your personal data is yours. We use it solely to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time. See morningkept.com/help/your-data or contact privacy@morningkept.com.
Wearable Device Integrations
Tuned integrates with wearable platforms through their official APIs, currently the Google Health API (Fitbit devices and Google Pixel Watch) and the Oura API. Morning Kept is not affiliated with or endorsed by any device manufacturer. Integration availability depends on third-party platforms and may change, including through deprecations imposed by those platforms. When a change requires action from you, we will tell you what to do and when, in advance. Connecting a device authorizes Morning Kept to access the specific data types described in the Privacy Policy; you may revoke that authorization at any time in the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morning Kept LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and Morning Kept is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or gross negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel anytime as described above. After termination, access continues through the end of the paid period; data is retained for 30 days (during which you may request an export) and then deleted except where law requires retention.
Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may modify the service or these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes, including any reduction in the service limitations or functionality described in the AI Systems section, will be communicated by email or in-app notice before taking effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Connecticut law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be resolved in Connecticut courts. If you reside in another state, you may have additional rights under that state's consumer protection laws, and nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot be waived.
Entire Agreement
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Morning Kept LLC regarding the service.
