Your Data

This page explains how to see, export, and delete your data, and how to disconnect a wearable. It describes practices as they will exist at subscriber launch, including server-side wearable credential storage. For the full legal detail, see the Privacy Policy.

You own your data, and you should be able to see it, take it with you, and remove it whenever you want. This page is the plain-language guide to doing that. If anything here is unclear or you would rather we handle it for you, write to privacy@morningkept.com and we will help.

Seeing Your Data

Most of what we keep is already in front of you in the app. Your Tuned profile and session history live in the Tuned app, and your Handled profile, plans, and libraries live in the Handled app. If you want a complete copy of everything we hold, including anything not shown in the app, request an export below.

Disconnecting a Wearable

If you connected a device to Tuned and want to stop sharing it, you have two clean ways to do it.

The simplest is in the Tuned app: open your settings and disconnect the device. That ends the connection from our side.

You can also revoke access at the source, which is useful if you would rather manage it from your device account directly:

Disconnecting stops any further reading of your wearable. The biometric data we have already saved stays until you delete it. The next section covers that.

Deleting Your Biometric Data

You can delete the biometric data Tuned has stored without closing your account or losing anything else. Write to privacy@morningkept.com and tell us you want your stored biometric data removed. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you also have a health-related part of your profile, such as an injury history, you can ask us to remove that on its own in the same way.

Deleting Your Account

If you want to leave entirely, request account deletion from privacy@morningkept.com. We complete deletion within 30 days, except for the few records the law requires us to retain. Deletion is permanent.

Deleting your account removes:

If you cancel a subscription without deleting your account, your data stays accessible to you so you can pick up where you left off. Cancelling and deleting are separate choices, and you control both.

Exporting Your Data

To get a copy of your data to keep or move elsewhere, request an export from privacy@morningkept.com. We respond within 45 days.

For anything on this page, or any question about your data, write to privacy@morningkept.com. We read every message and respond to requests within 45 days. Connecticut residents have specific rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and residents of other states may have similar rights under their own laws. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.
